Serendipity in Recruitment: Welcoming Honza Reed

Serendipity has a funny way of working its magic. Just before Christmas, I posted that I was looking to hire. By pure good fortune, Honza Reed saw it—and as luck would have it, he was immediately available. Having worked with Honza before, I knew this was an opportunity I couldn’t pass up.

Honza brings a wealth of experience, having spent over seven years in recruitment. He has successfully managed national accounts and large-scale projects, overseeing more than 500 temporary candidates nationwide. His expertise spans key functional commercial roles, warehouse operations, industrial/manufacturing, and skilled engineering recruitment.

Beyond his impressive track record, Honza is hardworking, dedicated, and an expert at matching the right candidates to the right opportunities. He’s also great fun to work with, which makes all the difference in a fast-paced industry like ours.
